Grounds Maintenance

Our Grounds Maintenance contracts enable us to utilise a mixture of our soft, hard and mixed landscaping skills as required by clients and their contracts.

We cover a wide range of properties and areas within our grounds maintenance contracts. Our work often occurs on housing association estates, and we are aware of the varying social challenges that these types of contracts may involve. Many of the residents involved have disabilities, special needs, vulnerabilities or are elderly; we also cover contracts on estates with current or previous social problems. We will always try to accommodate any requests from tenants or contractors, and aim to make our grounds maintenance work as stress free as possible for all parties. On some of our contracts, we have introduced a calling cards system, where we post a card through explaining the work completed, any work we cannot complete, and contact details for both Marbury and the client.

To reduce the likelihood of problems occurring, we liaise with our clients and tenants to ensure we are aware of special arrangements, such as access or areas tenants wish to maintain themselves. The contract sizes also vary in terms of the number of properties and estates included; there may be a small or large number of properties on our contracts, potentially spanning several estates within a reasonable geographical area.

We are aware that high quality grounds maintenance enable our clients' customers to gain an excellent first impression of their properties and work standards, and look forward to using the best of our resources to ensure that we can be the best provider of grounds maintenance needs in the North West.
