Marbury Landscapes has a hierarchical organisational structure, consisting of three different managers/administrators working under Ed Pearson, the Senior Partner.

Beneath the management and administration team, we have:

• a fabricator
• nursery staff, including a nursery foreman
• landscape operatives, led by a general foreman
• an in-house mechanic who details with any repairs and maintenance required to our equipment and vehicles.
